A middle school athlete is naturally increasing in height, weight, strength, and competitiveness. The need for improving joint and muscle integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury. Our training focuses on movement techniques with increased force production, balance and coordination drills, along with proper running and lifting form which all lead to long term potential for our middle school athletes.

Athletes progress to weight-bearing exercises specific to their transition though their growth spurt. Training ensures the development of athletic ability without increasing the likelihood of injury. Loads and intensities are dependent on maturation with exercises that focus on strength, power and speed development.

A tool for measuring progress and success!

performance evaluations.

Our comprehensive athlete evaluation begins with an intake assessment to review injury history, training background, and performance goals. We then conduct a baseline Functional Movement Screen to identify any asymmetries, restrictions, or compensations, followed by a performance testing protocol measuring laser-timed linear speed, 5/10/5 agility, and vertical jump profile. Each athlete receives a detailed report reviewing the results and a personalized training prescription designed to maximize performance and long-term progress.
