  • We heard you loud and clear. You want to keep training, but you need a more flexible option. So we redesigned our program into a monthly model that works around your schedule, your sport, and your season.

  • Proper footwear, closed toe athletic shoes and water bottle.

  • Yes! Due to class and facility environment we ask that parents drop athletes drop athletes no more than 10 minutes before class and return for pick up 5 mins before the end of class.

  • That’s the beauty of the model, you choose which days for your schedule best! This can vary from week to week or be set in your schedule. Your choice. Your freedom.
