We heard you loud and clear. You want to keep training, but you need a more flexible option. So we redesigned our program into a monthly model that works around your schedule, your sport, and your season.

Proper footwear, closed toe athletic shoes and water bottle.

Yes! Due to class and facility environment we ask that parents drop athletes and return for pick up 5 mins before the end of class.

Yes, there are other class days and times available as well as a week built into the program after the 10 weeks.
